Refund policy

We do our best to ensure the highest standard of product and service. However, if you have any concerns please contact us as soon as possible via email hellomineralis@gmail.com.

Mineralis Australia is happy to credit you in full if you wish to return any item in its unopened and original packaging within 7 days after receipt of delivery, however we will not issue refunds for shipping charges. If you wish to return any item please follow the below procedure:

1. Product must be in its original packaging and unopened

2. Contact us hello@mineralis.com for a return authorisation

3. Once your return authorisation has been approved simply send the product back to us including the original receipt.

4. Upon receiving your order, we will immediately issue a full refund into your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount less any shipping costs.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for personal reasons such as taste and personal compatibility/tolerance.

The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Additionally, if an item you have purchased arrives either DAMAGED or MISSING we will offer a FULL refund including shipping costs or organise a replacement product to be shipped to you ASAP.
